About the role

You'll diagnose and repair computer and electronic hardware: swapping failed components, testing boards and power supplies, imaging drives, and building or refurbishing systems to spec. You'll log every repair in the ticketing system, manage bench inventory, and escalate the failures that point to deeper problems. Some days are routine part swaps; others are stubborn intermittent faults that reward patient, methodical testing.

What you will bring

You've repaired hardware before, professionally or through serious personal experience, and you diagnose methodically instead of guessing. You're comfortable with hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software, careful with static-sensitive components, and disciplined about documenting what you did and why.
